CosXlive Technologies Private Limited ("CosX", "we", "our", or "us") provides access to its website, software platforms, APIs, AI tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CosX website and Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and entities accessing the Services in a business or professional capacity.
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not access or use the website or Services.
1.Acceptance
By accessing or using the CosX website or services, you agree to these Terms.
2.Use of Services
Users agree to:

- Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
- Not reverse engineer, copy, or misuse services

CosX reserves the right to suspend access for violations.
3.Intellectual Property
All intellectual property relating to:
- Software, source code, workflows, AI systems
- Frameworks, methodologies, dashboards
- Branding, documentation, and content
remains the exclusive property of CosX unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers retain ownership of their own data.
4.Data Protection & GDPR
- Customer data is processed only per contractual agreements
- CosX acts as a Data Processor unless otherwise specified
- Customers remain responsible for data legality and consent
- A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may apply
5.AI-Generated Outputs
- AI outputs are decision-support tools
- Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice
- CosX does not guarantee outcomes derived from AI insights
6.Confidentiality
Each party shall:
- Protect confidential information
- Use it solely for contractual purposes
- Restrict disclosure to authorised personnel
7.Fees & Payments
Fees, invoicing, and payment terms are governed by separate commercial agreements.
CosX may suspend services for overdue payments.
8.Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is" and "as available".
CosX disclaims all warranties except those expressly agreed in writing.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- CosX is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months
10.Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify CosX against claims arising from:
- Misuse of services
- Breach of these Terms
- Violation of laws or third-party rights
11.Termination
CosX may suspend or terminate services for:
- Breach of Terms
- Non-payment
- Legal, regulatory, or security reasons
12.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13.Amendments
CosX may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
